There is something about the holy week that many of us naturally look forward to.

Some of us, looks forward to rest, sleeping in after long, exhausting days.
For others, it’s about reconnecting, spending time with family, sharing meals, and catching up on conversations that have long been overdue.
And for many, it’s a chance to reset. Finally getting through chores, organizing spaces, and slowing down from the usual rush of life.

But beyond all these, this week carries a deeper invitation

It calls us to remember.

Not just an event in history, but a moment that changed everything.

When Jesus gave His life on the cross, something profound happened. The veil in the temple, the very barrier that separated man from the presence of God was torn in two. Not from bottom to top, as if done by human hands, but from top to bottom, as heaven itself reached down and made a way.

It was not just a tearing of fabric.
It was the removal of separation.
It was an open invitation.

And so, we do not remember this week merely to grieve His death.

We remember to celebrate.

Because the story did not end at the cross.

He lives.

And because He lives, what was once inaccessible is now open.
What once required distance now welcomes closeness.

Through Him, we are no longer standing outside, wondering if we are worthy to enter.
We are invited to come boldly before the Father without fear, without barriers, and without hesitation.

This week, as you rest, reconnect, or reset, may you also reflect.

The veil has been torn.
The way has been opened.
And you are invited in.
