This message is an invitation for us to slow down, clear our minds, and turn our hearts to God.
We may have had a busy day filled with responsibilities, worries, or even small disappointments. But this verse is not asking us to fix everything. It is asking us to be still.
Being still does not mean everything is perfect, or neglecting our responsibilities. It means choosing to pause… and remember that God is in control.
Sometimes we try to solve things with our own strength by overthinking, planning, stressing. But God gently reminds us:
“You don’t have to carry everything on your own.”
So tonight, lay it all down before Him. The worries you keep replaying. The questions that have no answers yet. The burdens you have been carrying quietly. You do not have to figure everything out right now.
Take a deep breath. Sit in the stillness. And let your heart rest in the truth that He is God, and you are held.
